Policies

Cancelation policy:If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 of your scheduled appointment time, or if you no-show you will be charged 50% of the service you were booked for. No appointment will be booked without a card on file, this will be the card charged in the case of a last minute canceling or rescheduling. Late policy : There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, if you show up outside of that 15 minute window your stylist might have to shorten or reschedule you so that your stylist can remain on schedule. If your appointment does have to be rescheduled you will be subject to the cancellation policy of being charged 50% as the stylist can no longer do the service in the given time. Children and Pets:Unless your child is receiving a service we ask that you do not bring your child to the salon. No pets allowed with the exception of service animals. Payment and Refunds:We do not offer any refunds for the services received. If you are unhappy with your hair please let us know within 7 days so that we can set up how to fix this. All payment is due at the time of the appointment, extension deposits are to be paid 7 days before the booked installation appointment. Health:Please do not come to the salon if you have been exposed to a contagious sickness or have symptoms of one. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment due to sickness.
